Description: Dry White.  Our best Chardonnay yet! Very crisp and easy to drink, with light mineral tones, aromas of ripe apple, apricot, and the traditional Chardonnay buttery finish.

Suggested Pairing: Due to its crisp, mineral structure our Chardonnay is an ideal companion for grilled salmon, or any fatty fish. Rich and creamy cheeses are also a perfect match for this classic white.
