Literally “spicy Traminer” this wine brings a truly unique aroma with decadent richness and exotic fruit qualities. A dry wine, despite smelling like a sweet one, with a “biting” finish.

Suggested Pairing: Gewürztraminer marries beautifully with rich, fatty dishes like pork or ripe cheeses. Gewürztraminer is perfect to offset spicy dishes , and complements nicely wild game, poultry and particularly sharp cheese.
