Description: Semi-dry Sparkling White. Deeply fragrant sparkling blend, combination of the highly perfumed Moscato and the rich, aromatic Riesling. Notes of Asian pear, honeysuckle from the Moscato, and jasmine and green apple from the Riesling. Crisp acidity yet silky and frothy structure coming from the bubbles.                                        

Suggested Pairing: Alba Frizzante is extraordinarily versatile with food. In general, pair with lighter, delicate (or raw) fish; more substantial foods/dishes are a good match too, think Asian food, chicken, salmon and tuna.
