Winery and Wine Making

The winery is a state of the art facility combining Old World wine-making traditions with modern technology.

All grapes are harvested from local, Pennsylvania vineyards and processed exclusively with stainless steel equipment and tanks. The Narcisi wine-making process is focused on naturally preserving the true character of the grape through the use of natural methods of wine making such as minimal filtration and the addition of very few sulfites, and other preservatives.

Narcisi Winery produces 35,000 gallons, or 175,000 bottles of wine a year ranging from complex, dry red wines, to sweet fruit wines. All wine processing from crushing to fermenting to bottling is done in house. Most of our grapes are grown in Pennsylvania or come from the Lake Erie AVA.  2 varietals, Frontenac and Vidal Blanc are grown on property.
