Description: Dry Red. The most pervasive and well know of all reds, Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of black currant and fig, with a full bodied complexity, medium tannins and a soft finish.

Suggested Pairing: Cabernet Sauvignon is not meant for light and delicate dishes.  A good match is with steak, red sauce dishes, complex and aged cheeses. Ideal is the pairing with grilled dishes, since the charred nature of the meat complements the bitter edge of the tannins in the wine.
