Description: Dry Rose’. A very aromatic Sangiovese based Rose’, refreshing and easy to drink with notes of roses and honeydew. Medium-body, light tannins, and a touch of sweetness with a faint bitter note on the finish.

Suggested Pairing: The delicate structure of this Rose’ will pair well with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish and goats’ cheeses.
